Background

Be-Ge Industri AB, based in Sweden, have been designing and manufacturing commercial seating since 1934. We are the oldest, and one of the leading manufacturers of suspended seating in the world. Our original seats were used in Scania vehicles, giving us a strong background within the seating industry. Be-Ge Seating UK Ltd, our newest subsidiary, now distributes our seats throughout the UK and Ireland.

Design

Design With our extensive expertise and knowledge our seats are ergonomically designed with each specific application in mind. We work with physicians, ergonomic experts and physiotherapists providing the best functionality and comfort to the driver.

Production

Be-Ge produce short and long run batches for standard products. We also develop systems to focus on continuous efficiency. Our production units, both OEM specific and standard products, manufacture to individual customer orders.

Quality

Testing Process Accredited to ISO: 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:1996, Be-Ge operate a quality policy that ensures the highest standard of materials are used in our products.

We operate our own testing facility, giving us the capacity to test seats statically or dynamically. The endurance and strength properties of our seats are measured using computer testing facilities, complying with all European safety standards.
